Technology for Growth

At Pawsgrow Technology Inc. ("Pawsgrow", "PG Inc.", "we", etc.), we believe that technology can make pets grow healthier and better. We hope to support the growth of our canine friends with more innovative technologies, whether they are at home or outside, integrating into nature, these technologies can make their lives more comfortable and safer. We believe that this is the meaning of technology development - both literally and figuratively. We support these beliefs by providing a variety of environments and equipment designed to improve their growth.

Doing so requires us to collect personal information from customers around the world. We understand that this personal information needs to be collected, protected, shared and used with care and transparency.

Because your personal information is valuable and sensitive, we want you to trust that we will treat it with care. We also want to provide you with information about the tools and options for managing and protecting that information. This privacy policy is part of our efforts to achieve these goals.

When you interact with us, you will share your personal information in a variety of ways. Sometimes we voluntarily collect information directly from you, and sometimes we use technology to collect information automatically. Unless necessary (such as payment gateway) or with your consent, we promise not to share customers' personal information with third parties.

This policy applies to our website (https://pawsgrow.com/) and any website that displays these terms. It does not apply to any website, mobile application, service or product that does not display or link to this Privacy Policy or contain its own privacy statement.

While Pawsgrow gear is available for purchase around the world through local authorized retailers and third-party distributors, we do not share your information with any third-party sellers or distributors, your information will be securely stored on our online store that is https://pawsgrow.com, and we will not use your personal information on new websites or stores without your consent.

If you do not agree to our policies and practices, please do not use our services. By visiting our website or purchasing our products, you agree to this policy.

How we collect personal information

We may collect personal information from you directly or indirectly. When you create an account with us, you will provide us with personal information directly. Other times, personal information is collected automatically when you use our website.

We collect personal information when you provide it

When you register for an account with us, you will provide contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number. You will create a username and password or PIN that helps us confirm your identity on subsequent visits and makes it easier for you to use our website. You may also share information through social media or web forms.

In addition to these basic identifiers, customers sometimes share their stories, and submit photos of themselves and their dogs. This may result in us collecting demographic information other than our customers' portraits, such as their gender and age. We never share these stories without your permission.

We take customer support very seriously and offer a variety of ways to communicate with us. You may share personal information with us during these interactions, whether by phone, email, or online chat.

Personal Information We Collect from Third-Party Sources

We may collect personal information about you from third parties, including payment processors, data analytics companies, website hosting providers, and companies that help us with marketing, typically through email campaigns.

If you use online social networks to connect with Pawsgrow, post, or participate in forums (such as Facebook), we may also collect personal information from those social networks. We may collect personal information when you click on a "share" or "like" button or otherwise use a social media button or plug-in.

We use automated technologies to collect personal information

Sometimes, automated technologies collect personal information and share it with us as website visitors browse our pages. We may track your browsing behavior and log your IP address. We may collect data that identifies the device (mobile phone, tablet, etc.) you use to connect with us online. We also track interactions with our website, browsing history, and purchase history to make future visits to our website more relevant and efficient.
We use other automated collection technologies (such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts) to analyze trends, administer the website, and track users' movements around the website. We and our third-party partners also use these technologies to collect demographic information (both individual and aggregate) about our user base. Learn more about our cookie usage.

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 16

We realize that children love dogs and that they may be interested in the exploration gear we offer, but our website is not directed to anyone under the age of 16.
We will never knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16 without legal consent, where required. If we discover that someone has provided us with personal information from anyone under the age of 16 for any purpose without the necessary consent, we will delete that information from our files.

Do Not Track Requests

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" privacy preference. Typically, when a user turns on a "Do Not Track" signal, their browser sends a message to the websites the user visits, asking the user not to be tracked. Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

We know your personal information is important to you, so we want to be transparent about how we use it.

As mentioned above, customers create profiles when they want to make a purchase on our website. Collecting this information allows for easier and faster access to future purchases on our website. We offer various payment processors to our customers, including PayPal Express, Western Union, Bnak Transfer. The personal information these processors will receive includes financial information, such as credit card details and account numbers. We do not store this information on our systems, but will help you use these payment options on our website.

We May Share Feedback You Provide Us

We consider ourselves to be more than just a supplier of gear for your dog. We are also pet community builders, and in that spirit, we encourage our customers to share their experiences. These stories often include both text and photos. Our blog also relies on customer experiences to make it relevant and interesting. In these cases, we will (with your permission) share your personal information publicly when we publish your story.
We also want to hear about our progress. If you have suggestions for improving the site, products, or blog, we would also like you to provide them. Please note that any feedback related to our site or content may be shared publicly.

Unless ordered by a bankruptcy or other court, or otherwise consented to by you, all use and disclosure of transferred user information will be subject to this Policy.

We need to comply with legal requests

We may disclose your information to government authorities or other third parties if any legal circumstances arise, including if:
You have authorized us to share your information;
We are required to do so by law or pursuant to a subpoena or court order;
We believe, in our sole discretion, that disclosure is reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, or to protect our property or other rights or the property or other rights of other users of the Site, third parties, or the public at large; or
We believe that you are abusing the Site by hacking or gaining unauthorized access to the system through the Site or engaging in spamming or other conduct that violates applicable law or our Terms of Use.

How we protect personal information

We have implemented industry-accepted administrative, physical, and technical security measures to protect the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and alteration of personal information in our systems. We ensure that any employee, contractor, company, organization, or vendor who has access to personal information in our systems is subject to appropriate legal and/or professional obligations to protect that personal information.
